Student must satisfactorily perform One-Step Sparring sequences.
Actions taken by the Blocker in each one-step sequence
1. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Execute Left Front Kick.
Cross arms, left under right with left fist palm upward, execute Left Outer Forearm Block, while chambering right fist at hip, while stepping into Left Front Stance.
Execute Right Middle Reverse Punch, while chambering left fist at hip.
Arms up, step left foot back beside right foot, Right Round Kick with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
2. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Execute Left Outside Crescent Kick Block.
Execute Right Front/Round Kick combination.
Execute Left Spin Side Kick with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
3. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Extend left arm and raise right arm with fist by right ear with palm forward.
Step right foot forward into Right Sitting Stance with Right Outside Block.
Cross arms, right over left with right fist knuckles by left ear, execute Right High Back Fist Strike, while chambering left fist at hip.
Arms up, execute Right Side Side Kick.
Land with feet together, execute Left Spin Crescent Kick with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
4. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Cross arms, left under right with left fist palm upward, execute Left Reverse Outer Forearm Block while stepping right foot into Right Front Stance
Execute Left Side Kick.
Execute Right Spin Crescent Kick.
Execute Left Double Round Kick, stepping into Left Back Stance.
Cross arms, left over right with left fist knuckles by right ear, execute Left High Back Fist Strike, while chambering right fist at hip.
Step left foot into to left into Left Front Stance with Right High Reverse Ridge Hand Strike, with KIAI, arms up, double step backward.
5. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Reach over right shoulder with both arms, hands open in knife hands, right palm down, left palm up, step left foot forward into Left Back Stance with Left Double Knife Hand Block.
Execute Right Middle Reverse Punch, while keeping left guard up.
Execute Left High Hook Punch, while keeping left guard up.
Hands up, execute Left Side Kick, land with feet together, Right Spin Side Kick, with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
