Student must satisfactorily perform the following One-Step Sparring sequences.
Actions taken by the Blocker in each one-step sequence
1. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Extend right arm, chamber left fist at hip, step into Left Front Stance with Left High Block while chambering right fist at hip.
Execute Right Middle Reverse Punch while chambering left fist at hip.
Step left foot backward beside right foot with arms up, execute Right Front Kick with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
2. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Cross arms, right under left with right fist palm downward, step into Right Back Stance with Right Inner Forearm Block, while chambering left fist at hip.
Cross arms, right over left with right fist knuckles by left ear, execute Right High Back Fist, while chambering left fist at hip.
Arms up, execute Right Side Kick, with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
3. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Execute Left Outside Crescent Kick Block, land with feet together.
Execute Right Side Kick.
Cross arms, right over left with right knife hand palm by left ear, step into Right Back Stance, execute Right Knife Hand Strike while chambering left fist at hip, with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
4. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Execute Right Front Kick, step right into Right Sitting Stance.
Execute Left Side Kick, landing in Left Back Stance.
Cross arms, left over right with left fist palm by right ear, execute Left Horizontal Hammer Fist, while chambering right fist at hip.
Step left foot over into Left Front Stance, with Right Reverse Punch, while chambering left fist at hip, with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
5. Stand in Parallel Ready Stance with arms in middle guarding position. Say "Attack."
Execute Left Outside Crescent Kick Block.
Execute Right Front Kick/Side Kick combinationn, landing in Right Back Stance.
Cross arms, right over left with right fist knuckles by left ear, execute Right High Back Fist, while chambering left fist at hip.
Step right foot over into Right Front Stance, with Left Reverse Punch, while chambering right fist at hip, with KIAI , arms up, double step backward.
