Adult Taekwondo training classes are conducted for students 14 years of age and older (several students are over 50). Adults enjoy Taekwondo training because it builds self-confidence and physical fitness. Adult classes are fun and exciting, providing a healthy way to escape from demanding schedules. Adults learn their strengths and weakness and how to optimize both for self-defense situations and daily routine situations. Adults like the way Taekwondo training helps them lose weight and get into excellent physical condition. All this is accomplished in regimented, intense training sessions that are designed to be tough but fun to do. All training sessions are conducted by certified instructors in a safe, professional manner in a modern training facility.

Adults and children attend separate classes, so adults do not have to train with young children in their classes.  Adult classes are divided into beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes, so as your skill level increases, you train with students of similar skill levels.

As adults progress in their training, they tend to notice subtle changes in their behavior. The meek become more assertive. The aggressive become more tolerant. The quick tempered become calmer. Taekwondo brings ones life into balance.
