Taekwondo demonstrations are exhibitions conducted to entertain and inform either the general public or other martial artists about Taekwondo. Demonstrations may consist of:

• Performing Taekwondo techniques to highlight the expertise of the performer and to show the distinctive characteristics of Taekwondo

• Performing patterns to demonstrate the artistic beauty of Taekwondo

• Breaking of wood boards to demonstrate the power of Taekwondo

• Self-defense skits that demonstrate the usefulness of Taekwondo

Demonstrations may be conducted at tournaments, at promotion testings, at the school itself, at other schools, or at special public events. Demonstrations may be conducted by Mr. Deese and/or his students or by visiting instructors and/or their students. Some Taekwondo America schools have demonstration teams that perform at Taekwondo America events

Upon request, Mr. Deese will come to your academic school, church, or other group to demonstrate Taekwondo.
If you are a student of Mr. Deese, he will allow you to participate in the demonstration.
